Interventional, Endovascular and Clinical Cardiology
Dr. Eli Levine performed his undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) majoring in Psychobiology and Microbiology. Dr. Levine completed his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine and graduated with honors.
He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency training at UCLA School of Medicine where he focused extensively on cardiac molecular imaging research. He completed a dedicated Nuclear Cardiology and Advanced Cardiac Imaging fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine and was mentored by Drs. Barry Zaret and Frans Wackers, the pioneers of Nuclear Cardiology and nuclear cardiac stress testing. He won a Young Investigator Award in Nuclear Cardiology in an international research symposium.
Dr. Levine completed his Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine with special emphasis on advanced heart failure and cardiac catheterization. Finally, he completed a high volume Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular surgical fellowship at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He is triple board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Levine is the founder of Advanced Heart & Vascular Institute in Boca Raton, where he currently practices Cardiology. He is one of the highest volume operators in Palm Beach County performing wide array of complex coronary and peripheral endovascular interventions. Wishing to expand his passion for medical research, Dr. Levine joined Excel Medical Clinical Trials in 2018.
